OBINNA UFUDO is the Chairman of Dynasty Real Estate.
With over two decades’ post-graduate experience, Obinna Ufudo is a well-regarded financial services and corporate management professional. He has held senior level positions in Trading, Investments, General Management and Financial Advisory capacities. He was the President/CEO of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc where he led the turn-around and repositioning of the enterprise, increasing shareholders value by over $1 billion during his three-year tenure.
Obinna is a back-to-back winner of the top 25 CEOs of Quoted Nigerian Companies award by BusinessDay Newspaper for 2012 and 2013 and a finalist for the CNBC All Africa Business Leaders Award 2014. He holds an M.Sc. in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading, UK. He also holds an EMBA from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain and a B.Sc. in Finance from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria.
Olaposi is the Managing Director of Dynasty Real Estate.
Olaposi is an astute architect and social entrepreneur with about 10 years’ experience in project development, management, and transaction structuring. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos with a First-class degree in Architecture, a Masters with Distinction in Environmental Design and a certification in Entrepreneurial Management from the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University.
He started his career with Spaceframes Architects, where he was involved in the design and execution of multiple residential developments and commercial projects for Standard Chartered Bank, Domino's & Coldstone creamery, and other corporate clients in Lagos and Abuja. Olaposi later joined Previs Developments - a subsidiary of James Cubitt Group, as the pioneer staff and Head of the project’s unit, where he led the project team in the conceptualisation and development of multiple residential communities valued over N25billion.
In 2018, he received commendation from the Federal government of Nigeria on a community-based project focused on the use of alternative building materials in construction.
MOBOLAJI ADEWUNMI is a Non-Executive Director of Dynasty Real Estate, who is currently the Special Assistant to the MD of First Bank of Nigeria Limited.
Prior to joining FirstBank, he was the Special Adviser to the MD of ASO Savings and Loans PLC, the biggest mortgage Bank in Nigeria. He was previously the Head of Finance and Performance Management for the Africa Division of United Bank of Africa; where he was responsible for coordinating the Finance operation of the Bank in over 19 African countries (excluding Nigeria).
He joined UBA after spending three years in the Audit and Risk Advisory Division of KPMG Nigeria. His work experience also includes six years’ service in the Nigerian Army.
BABATUNDE AKINNIYI holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Babatunde Akinniyi is the MD/CEO of Builder’s Stop Centre. He started his career in the construction industry at Treasure Haven. In 2002, he joined Integrity Construct Limited as a Supervisor and rose to the position of General Manager, Construction, by 2005.
He possesses a wealth of experience in the housing and retail building construction sub-sector.
Nonso Okpala is the Group Managing Director/CEO of VFD Group Plc. He holds a B.Sc. in Marketing from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He was previously the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Heirs Holding, an African proprietary investment company. Charged with the design and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, he was also pivotal in executing turnaround and establishment strategies for its investee companies.
Replete with vast experience in the Nigerian financial services industry garnered while working with reputable firms like KPMG, BGL and United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), Nonso is adept in key financial competences from Audit, Finance and Administration, to Investment Banking and Management.
Nonso is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
LAWRENCE AKINRULIE was a onetime Group Head, Products and Marketing at New Prudential Mortgage Bank Ltd, where he oversaw Northern Operations until December 2014; securing over N1bn National Housing Fund offer from Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
Prior to that, he worked in several key capacities at ASO Savings and Loans Plc, his last position was as Head, Property Sales and Inventory Management, overseeing over N30bn worth of the bank’s assets. His property sales earned ASO Savings and Loans Plc over N1.3bn in profits before tax within two years of setting up the Property Sales Unit. He has also worked for Asset & Resource Management (ARM) and Hallmark Assurance.
Lawrence has a B.Tech. degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and an MBA from the Business School Netherlands. He was the former Managing Director of Dynasty Real Estate.
ADENIYI ADENUBI is the Executive Director of Institutional Business & Investor Relations, VFD Group Plc. A Financier and an investor with about fifteen (15) years of experience in Institutional and Corporate banking, Investment management and consulting sectors.
He holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan. He has certifications in Finance and Business Management from the Tanaka Business School and is currently undergoing the Owner/President Management (OPM) Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
He has played Financial Advisory roles to numerous firms in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom, most notably with the Royal Bank of Scotland and ATOS Consulting. He is the Chairman of Anchoria Asset Management and also serves on the Boards of several companies including VFD Microfinance Bank, Interswitch E’clat Healthcare, Boardroom Apartments/Xenia Lifestyle, Dynasty Real Estate, Kairos Capital, Everdon Bureau de Change and others where he works on providing strategic direction for the needs of companies to operate at full potential and efficiency. He is also the Co-founder of Premium Green Ltd, an investment company who is the majority shareholder of VFD Group, a company he also Co-founded. His private investment vehicle is Paragon Partners which is being remodeled into a Family Office. He is passionate about Corporate Governance and brings this to bear on all the boards that he serves on. Niyi is also a member of The Institute of Directors.
